For some unknown reason, there are so few bags that have handles to tie together. This convenience is priceless in my book. After picking up messy poop, the last thing I want to do is swirl the bag around and flip it over to tie a knot. I also really don't want to carry around twist ties to tie the end of the bag together. Thus, bags that have handles to tie the bags shut are PERFECT. Yet, there seems to only be one brand that sells them.
Also, these bags have a great scent.

I love these pooper bags. They are just the right size for my 14 lb doggie, and I do not have to struggle to get them opened like the ones on a roll. I have arthritis and these Pooch Pick-up bags are just right, they smell great, and don't tear apart like other bags I have tried. Woof woof!! That means they're g..r..e.a..t !!!

I've used these bags for 10 years, maybe more, for my medium-sized dog. They get 4 stars instead of 5 because: (1) They are now made from thinner material than they used to be; (1) I hate the bright pink color--why not use a neutral color? (3) I find the scent annoying. That said, they are strong enough to hold what they need to hold and they're not likely to spring a leak, and that's really all you can ask of a poop bag. They're a good size. And they can be folded into little squares to fit in a pocket. But like many plastic bags, they may be difficult to open; so it's best to open them (with damp fingers) before setting out for that walk! And about the scent--leave them out of the package, and it will dissipate.

These bags are great...they are the perfect size and easy to use with handles to tie off. I will say that the scent doesn't really help, you are still better off disposing in an outside can. Highly recommnend these hard to find bags!

What I like best is the width. I tried a few other styles/brands and found them to be too narrow to easily turn inside out. The scent is not too overpowering and does a decent job in masking any odor.
